Rental independent gite of 32m² located in front of the swimming pool(shared with the 4 guest rooms). It consists of a sleeping area with a double bed 160x200(no possibility of additional or extra bed including provided by you), a small living room with a large wardrobe, a living room furniture and 2 armchairs. New for 2026 : renovation of the sleeping area and all the interior woodwork carried out by ourselves
The large kitchenette adjoining the living room is equipped with an oven, double induction hob, fridge, coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, dish service and kitchen ustensils, 1 table and 2 chairs. The bathroom was renovated in January 2025, it is composed of a natural stone sink placed on a family workbench offering storage, a walk-in travertine shower. WC, washing machine, towel dryer, ironing board and iron.
